6 DEAD AFTER CRASH

Migori County Politics joins the people of Kenya in mourning the tragic passing of Hon. Johanna Ng’eno, Member of Parliament for Emurua Dikirr Constituency, following a fatal helicopter crash in Mosop, Nandi County on 28th February 2026.
Hon. Ng’eno was a distinguished legislator, legal professional, and fearless advocate for justice whose leadership left a significant mark both in Parliament and at the grassroots level. Since his election in 2013, he remained deeply committed to community development, education empowerment, and the protection of the rights and welfare of ordinary citizens.
Known for his bold voice in national discourse and unwavering dedication to his constituents, Hon. Ng’eno represented a generation of leaders grounded in service, resilience, and people-centered governance. His contributions to legislative work and community advancement will remain part of Kenya’s democratic and development journey.
We extend our heartfelt condolences to his family, the people of Emurua Dikirr, colleagues in Parliament, and all Kenyans mourning this great loss. May strength and comfort prevail during this difficult time.
